I speak clearly and accessibly and I am well suited to both live and pre-recorded radio across talk, lifestyle and health formats. I have a passion for reaching people where they are, and radio does exactly that.

Keynote Speaking

My signature GET UP AND GROW keynote is an immersive, interactive experience that I deliver in circles rather than from a stage, making personal contact with every person in the room and facilitating real insight and growth during the session itself. Webinar and Panel Guest Appearances

I am available to appear as a guest speaker or panellist on webinars and panel discussions hosted by other organisations and platforms. I enjoy group conversations and I contribute with a perspective that is both professionally grounded and deeply human.

Editorial and Written Contributions

I have written countless articles that have been featured across publications globally, far too many to keep track of at this point. I am available for written interviews, opinion pieces, feature articles and expert commentary across print and digital media.

Book Collaboration

Over the years I have guided authors through writing complete books from concept to finished manuscript, providing professional mentoring to see a project through to completion. I have also written prefaces for published works. If you are working on a book in the areas of resilience, trauma, personal growth, family or relationships, you are welcome to reach out and we can explore whether a collaboration makes sense.

This is an inspiring conversation about creating resilience in the face of adversity. I talked about the reasons some traumatic experiences are not processed and a set of resilience skills that we can apply to any kind of challenge life might throw at us.
In this interview, I shared parts of my personal story of a high-conflict divorce along with some practical tips and advice for dealing with abusive behaviour in a relationship. We discussed various interesting solutions, like boundaries, for a difficult divorce process.
I am looking forward to finally seeing this compassionate conversation, where I shared my own personal experiences of facing adversities, working through them and overcoming the numerous challenges by getting up and growing.

I was recently interviewed by Jeff Kahn on his programme The Best of Life, Love and Fruit Salad on Zone Radio, our local community radio station here in Cape Town. We talked about Parental Alienation, specifically the reality of what happens when children are used as weapons in high-conflict divorce. It is a topic I care about deeply and one that does not get nearly enough honest, informed attention. You can listen to the full interview here.

Luister nou.

This conversation explored how unprocessed past experiences and childhood trauma are often the underlying causes of divorce, and why recognising these patterns is essential before moving forward. I also shared practical first steps for anyone in the early stages of separation who wants to do more than just survive.

Luister nou.

We discussed protecting children during high conflict divorces, including how to identify parental alienation early and what it means for both parent and child. I offered practical guidance on adapting parenting through separation to prevent further trauma, and what support options exist when co-operation is not possible.

Luister nou.

This conversation looked at how people can not only get through divorce but truly flourish on the other side by consciously cultivating resilience across every area of life. I spoke about shifting from a victim mentality to a growth oriented mindset, and left a message of hope for anyone currently struggling to find light in the darkness.
